We Love To Color
Art as activism — one picture, a thousand colorings.
Problem
Activism burns people out and excludes anyone who can't march, donate big, or shout loud. Meanwhile coloring — a quiet, universal, low-barrier act — sits unused as a vehicle for collective expression.
Vision
Turn the simple act of coloring a page into a community ritual. Artists upload, anyone colors, finished pages get stitched into one collective image. Postcards for mutual-aid causes, self-defense manuals you can color, family portraits assembled piece by piece, mandala parties online and in person. A platform that pays artists directly (70/20/10 split) and treats coloring as the doorway to a real community.

We Love To Color exists to redistribute creative power — paying artists directly through a 70/20/10 split, lowering the barrier to activism so anyone with a pencil can take part, and stitching individual acts of color into shared images that make a community visible to itself. The art drives change by funding working artists, surfacing the causes they care about, and turning a quiet, accessible ritual into organized cultural participation.

Lessons learned
