The short version
- I don't sell your data. I don't share it with third parties for marketing.
- I collect only what's needed to reply to you and run the site.
- You can ask me to show, correct, or delete anything I hold about you. Just write.
What I collect
When you fill out a form (contact, collaborate, commission, consulting intake, studio letters), I receive what you typed — typically your name, email, and your message. If you subscribe to studio letters, I keep your email and the page that referred you.
The site also records light, privacy-respecting analytics — page views, time on page, anonymous session and visitor identifiers, country (from your network), browser/user agent, and referring URL. I do not run third-party advertising trackers and I do not attempt to identify individuals from analytics.
How I use it
- To read your note and write you back.
- To qualify and follow up on consulting, collaboration, and commission inquiries.
- To send studio letters, only if you opted in.
- To understand which pages are useful and fix what's broken.
What I will never do
- Sell your contact information. Ever. To anyone.
- Rent, trade, or share it with third parties for their marketing.
- Add you to a mailing list you didn't ask to be on.
- Use your message or work as public content without your explicit permission.
Who touches the data
The site runs on a small set of trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery) acting as processors on my behalf — they help operate the site and are bound to keep the data confidential. They are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. No one else.
How long I keep it
Inquiries are kept as long as the conversation may reasonably continue, then archived or deleted. Studio-letter subscribers stay on the list until you unsubscribe. Analytics are retained in aggregate. You can ask me to delete your records at any time.
Your rights
Regardless of where you live, you can ask me to:
- Tell you what information I hold about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete your information.
- Export a copy of what you sent.
- Unsubscribe from studio letters (one click, every email).
Send any of these requests to hello@young.wtf. I respond personally, usually within a few days.
Security
Information is stored in access-controlled systems with encryption in transit. No online system is perfectly secure, but I treat what you send like a letter — read by me, kept quietly, not passed around.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent something, write me and I'll delete it.
Changes
If this policy meaningfully changes, I'll update the date above. The core promise — your contact info is never sold or shared with third parties — isn't going to change.
